About Cape Paving & Building

Cape Paving & Building started in 2008 with Ashwin Jacobs, a wheelbarrow and a paving job for a neighbour in Kuils River. Seventeen years on, the team is twelve people and most of the work still comes from referrals in the same suburbs.

Ashwin is an NHBRC-registered home builder and still runs every site himself. The paving crew and the building crew have been with the business for years, which is why the finish is consistent from one job to the next.

How we work

We measure on site, quote in writing and start when we say we will. A deposit covers materials, progress payments follow the stages on the quote, and the balance is paid on a final walk-through with you. Rubble is removed and the site is left clean.

Where we work

Kuils River is home. We work daily in Brackenfell, Durbanville, Bellville and Kraaifontein.
